Whether you're a parent, teacher, or caregiver, this course gives you the skill and confidence to lead children through a joyful and grounding 15-minute experience that resets, refreshes, and reconnects.

What’s Inside:

  • A step-by-step guide to a short but powerful well-being journey that centers around the energy of the lion - playful, strong, and confident.
  • Easy to follow instructions to help you guide the session with ease, even if you're new to yoga.
  • Start to finish 15 minute sequence blending movement, sound and mediation that can seamlessly fit into your daily routine at home or in the classroom.

You will need:

  • Tingsha bells or a singing bowl
  • Stickers to give as gifts
  • Optional - Yoga mats
